Training

Because ramsac is a company that is focused on staying one step ahead of industry developments, we actively support all of our colleagues by identifying a programme of training and development that suits both them, and the business. Whether it’s completing an MCSE or MCITP, qualifying as a CCA, or completing a training course in personal development, management skills or administration, we support each and every individual.

Career Development

Through a programme of three monthly personal development meetings, we encourage each team member to plan for their future. We have many examples of team members that have progressed through the company. Some colleagues have developed through a technical route, whilst others have moved into management roles.
